Undoubtedly sophisticated taste Ramen 🍜. I would come back again for it. But not really recommended Donburi for its rice 🌾 Reservation is required. However, not sure how they managed the queue. As those who come early may not be the first to be seated 🤔🤔 Hope the atmosphere can be more relaxed. It is partly tense knowing that the next queue is already waiting while we just got the seat 😅😅😅 so less time to enjoy the meal.

I've visited three times in recent months. They serve the best ramen in town. The broth is rich and flavorful. The noodles are cooked to perfection. The chefs take pride in their craft, and it shows in every bowl they serve :)

One of the best Ramen we’ve ever had, including in Japan! We ordered their seasonal special for Autumn called KOYO and one of Chef Shin’s Signature Menu, Tokusei. Both were absolute phenomenal, with the broth being perfectly balanced and the ingredients being fresh and high-quality. While the food might be on the pricey side, the taste and the experience itself is totally worth it. We also enjoyed the explanation by the staff who told us exactly how to best enjoy the dishes. Getting a table isn’t easy. We recommend keeping up with their Facebook and Instagram accounts where they announce the monthly booking window and last-minute cancellation. Trust us, the wait is absolutely worth it.

Indulgent ramen. Finally had the opportunity to try the renowned No Name Ramen shop. Reservations are required; no walk-ins are allowed, and this also applies to the special menu. Opted for the special menu and Kombusui Tsuke. For a distinctive experience, consider ordering the special menu, crafted with a Dashi soup base and limited to a few bowls daily. The flavors are unquestionably outstanding and unique, offering a very complex taste, with delicious ramen noodles. Personally, I prefer Kombusui Tsuke over the special menu. The chef was incredibly friendly, and the waitress was nice. However, I still lean towards traditional ramen shops due to less noise and fewer interruptions during my meal. Overall, it was a good experience.

A small no name ramen restaurant. Reservation is required, no walk in is acceptable for now (as of 8/23). I booked time slot 10.30 and arrived there a bit 3 min late. I went there with my girlfriend, we got a bar table with no.5 and no.6 which is in front of chef's station. At first the waitress welcome us warmly and recommended all of their menu including the special one. My booking is around brunch, so their special menu is brunch ramen with based of Dashi soup, and I ordered one. My girlfriend order the signature Shio soup one. Waiting around 20-30 min because we got some order ahead of us. While waiting we can enjoy watching the chef cooking ramen for us, with an interesting presentation. When it our turns, chef came to greet us and start cooking and present their ramen. For Dashi soup chef showing pouring soup over Dashi and showing about decorate the the noodles to looks beautiful. We enjoyed both of the presentation and after the ramen served, head chef Shin, greet us and told their waitress to explain the ramen and how to eat it. My Dashi soup based ramen was quite good, smell very good and chashu is very soft, noodles is ok not hard not soft. Overall experience was great, the ramen was great, I ordered Yuzu ice cream too and it is delicious.

The ramen place operates as business rather than ramen shop with marketing on scarcity, limited seating, upselling when presenting starting with booking, dining, add-ons and added music to calm but pressuring experience. The noodle is perfect, chewy and tasteful in its own rights. The reason for one star rated is too much hype, expectations and super overly priced.

Real Japanese taste. Best Soba with soup in town. Chef cooks all dish in front of you. It is a kind of OMAGASE ramen. Nice decoration atmosphere. ICHIBAN RAMEN.

Ramen tasted great. Fresh noodle made such a difference. I prefer the hot ramen (shio) to the cold one (shoyu). However the experience felt too rushed. Once arrived we were told about 45 mins dining time from booking time. We were 7 mins late which was our fault but at least this strict slot should have been communicated when booking. Right at 45 mins we barely finished eating despite alrdy trying to eat fast and were ushered out to make space for new guests. Even if we were there on the dot we wouldn’t have time to have dessert… I would suggest restaurant increase dining time to perhaps 1 hour for a more pleasant experience. Despite less table turn per day, you’ll have more happy returning customers - given the food and service were pretty good.
